ABOUT:

Ultracol 200 is an injectable PDO-based filler developed using polydioxanone (PDO) microparticle technology. It is designed to provide temporary correction of selected facial contour concerns while supporting collagen formation.

Ultracol uses biodegradable PDO microparticles. The material is gradually broken down by the body, while the treatment is designed to support tissue structure and improve the appearance of selected facial folds.

How Does It Work?
Ultracol 200 is administered through injections into the appropriate tissue layer.

The formulation is designed to provide temporary correction of selected facial contour concerns. Its PDO microparticles support the formation of new collagen as the material gradually biodegrades.

The resulting changes develop over time and vary according to the treatment area, individual tissue characteristics and response to treatment.

What Can Ultracol 200 Help With?
Treatment may be considered for concerns including:

  • Selected facial folds and wrinkles

  • Loss of facial contour definition

  • Selected areas of facial volume deficiency

  • Facial contour irregularities associated with tissue volume loss

Stronger Lifting Effect for Mid-Face and Volume Areas

One of the key concepts behind PDO biostimulation with Ultracol 200 is enhanced structural support. Compared with Ultracol 100, Ultracol 200 is designed for areas where greater lifting support and contour definition may be desired, such as the mid-face and selected areas of facial volume loss.

The treatment supports gradual collagen remodelling, helping improve facial structure and contour over time.

This means that the final appearance develops progressively and will continue to evolve following treatment, with results depending on individual anatomy, treatment technique and response.
