ABOUT:

Threadlifts offer a non-surgical approach to facial lifting, using dissolvable threads placed beneath the skin to provide support to areas affected by mild to moderate skin laxity.

Beyond providing an immediate lifting effect, certain thread materials can also stimulate the body's natural collagen response around the treated area, supporting gradual improvements in skin firmness and texture.

At The Within Clinic, our Threadlift collection includes PDO Mini Threadlift, PCL Mini Threadlift and Eye Thread, with treatment selected according to your facial structure, skin condition and aesthetic goals.

How Does a Threadlift Work?
During a threadlift treatment, fine dissolvable threads are carefully introduced beneath the skin using a precise injection technique. Depending on the type of thread used, it can provide mechanical support to the surrounding tissue while gradually stimulating collagen production as the body responds to the material. As the threads naturally break down over time, the collagen formed around the treatment area can continue to provide structural support.
Threadlifts are designed for subtle lifting and skin refinement, rather than the more dramatic changes associated with surgical facelifts.

Our Threadlift Treatments

PDO Mini Threadlift
PDO (Polydioxanone) Mini Threads are fine, dissolvable threads designed primarily to support collagen stimulation and skin rejuvenation.
They can be placed in strategic areas to improve the appearance of skin firmness, texture and fine lines. Unlike lifting threads with larger anchoring structures, mini threads focus more on collagen support and skin quality.
Ideal for:
Fine lines • Mild skin laxity • Skin firmness • Texture refinement

PCL Mini Threadlift
PCL (Polycaprolactone) Mini Threads are dissolvable threads designed to provide structural support while encouraging collagen production around the treated area.
PCL is a biocompatible material that gradually breaks down within the body. Its collagen-stimulating properties make it an option for individuals looking to improve the appearance of skin firmness and elasticity.
Ideal for:
Skin laxity • Loss of firmness • Fine lines • Overall skin rejuvenation

Eye Thread
The delicate eye area requires a more precise approach.
Eye Threads are fine dissolvable threads designed specifically for the delicate skin around the eyes. They may be used to support collagen production and improve the appearance of fine lines, crepey texture and mild skin laxity around the eye area.
Treatment is carefully customised according to the individual's anatomy and the condition of the under-eye skin.
Ideal for:
Fine lines • Crows feets • Skin rejuvenation around the eyes

What to Expect
Threadlift treatments involve the placement of dissolvable threads beneath the skin. Some temporary swelling, redness, bruising, tenderness or tightness may occur following treatment. These effects generally improve as the treated area settles.

Results can be progressive. The initial structural effect may be accompanied by gradual improvements in skin quality as collagen production is stimulated around the treated area.

A Personalised Lift
A successful threadlift is about more than simply adding threads. Placement, direction, thread type and treatment depth all play an important role in achieving a balanced result.

At The Within Clinic, your treatment is tailored to your facial anatomy, degree of laxity and desired outcome. The goal is a refreshed, lifted and naturally refined appearance, without changing the character of your features.

Threadlift treatments are minimally invasive medical procedures and should only be performed by an appropriately qualified medical professional. Suitability, treatment technique and expected results vary between individuals and will be assessed during your consultation.
