CellREDM
ABOUT:
CellREDM is an advanced ECM (Extracellular Matrix) skin booster developed using human-derived acellular dermal matrix (hADM).
The extracellular matrix is the supporting structure surrounding skin cells. It contains important components such as collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), which contribute to skin strength, elasticity and hydration.
As we age, the skin's natural supporting structure gradually changes, resulting in reduced firmness, elasticity and overall skin quality.
CellREDM is designed to replenish key components of the skin's extracellular matrix, helping support a firmer, smoother and more hydrated-looking complexion.

What Is the Extracellular Matrix?
Think of the ECM as the skin's supporting framework. Skin cells do not exist in isolation. They are surrounded by a complex network of proteins and molecules that provides structural support and helps regulate communication between cells.
Key components include:
-
Collagen — provides strength and structural support
-
Elastin — contributes to elasticity and the skin's ability to recoil
-
Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) — help bind and retain moisture
-
Proteoglycans and other matrix components — contribute to the organisation and function of the skin's extracellular environment
With ageing and environmental stress, this matrix can become progressively depleted and disorganised. Supporting the ECM therefore forms an important part of a regenerative approach to skin rejuvenation.
How Does CellREDM Work?
CellREDM™ uses finely processed human acellular dermal matrix particles that are introduced into the targeted skin layers through injections. The formulation contains collagen, elastin and GAGs, which are important components of the skin's extracellular matrix.
The treatment focuses on supporting the skin's structural environment, helping improve the appearance of firmness, elasticity, hydration and texture.
Why Is ECM Important for Ageing Skin?
Collagen loss is often discussed when it comes to ageing, but collagen is only one part of the picture. The skin's extracellular matrix acts as a broader structural environment. It helps provide support for cells while contributing to the organisation, hydration and mechanical properties of the dermis. When this environment changes with age, the skin may become less firm, less elastic and slower to recover from everyday environmental stress.
This is why regenerative skin treatments are increasingly looking beyond individual ingredients and towards the skin's wider cellular and structural environment.
What Can CellREDM Help With?
-
Fine lines
-
Loss of firmness
-
Reduced elasticity
-
Uneven skin texture
-
Dehydrated or dry-looking skin
-
Dull complexion
-
Thin or fragile-looking skin
-
Early signs of skin ageing
-
Reduced skin resilience
-
Overall skin rejuvenation
What to Expect
CellREDM is administered through targeted injections into the appropriate skin layer. As the treatment involves injections, temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising may occur.
Results are progressive. As the skin responds to treatment and undergoes its natural regenerative and remodelling processes, improvements in texture, firmness, hydration and overall skin quality may become more noticeable. The number and frequency of treatments will depend on the individual's skin condition, treatment area and desired outcome.
The Within Approach
At The Within Clinic, CellREDM ECM Skin Booster is approached as part of a personalised strategy for long-term skin quality. Rather than treating a single visible concern in isolation, your skin's hydration, texture, elasticity, firmness and overall condition can be assessed together to determine the most appropriate treatment approach.
