Profhilo also known as 逆時針 is an injectable treatment based on hyaluronic acid, designed primarily to improve skin hydration and quality rather than create conventional facial volume.
Hyaluronic acid is naturally found within the body and plays an important role in maintaining moisture within the skin.
Profhilo uses a specialised formulation containing a high concentration of HA and is administered through strategically selected injection points, the 5 point BAP technique.
Why Hyaluronic Acid?
As we age, the skin's ability to maintain hydration can decline. This can contribute to a complexion that looks duller, less supple and more crepey. HA has the ability to bind water, which makes it an important ingredient in many aesthetic and dermatological treatments.
Profhilo uses HA in a formulation designed to spread through the treated tissue, providing hydration while also supporting a skin-remodelling response.
How Does Profhilo Work?
Once injected, the product gradually disperses within the tissue. The HA provides hydration while the treatment is also associated with stimulation of collagen and elastin, two structural proteins that contribute to skin firmness and elasticity.
The objective is not to sculpt the face or create prominent volume, but to improve the overall quality and condition of the skin.

What to Expect
Profhilo is administered through 5 injection points on each side of the face. Small raised areas or bumps can temporarily appear at the injection points. These typically settle as the product disperses. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising may also occur.
Results develop progressively as hydration and skin remodelling take place. Treatment courses and maintenance intervals vary according to individual needs.
