ABOUT:

EMShape is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that uses high-intensity electromagnetic energy to stimulate powerful muscle contractions in targeted areas of the body.

These contractions are significantly more intense than what can typically be achieved through voluntary exercise. During treatment, the muscles repeatedly contract and relax, creating a workout-like effect while you remain comfortably still.

How Does EMShape Work?

The treatment delivers electromagnetic energy into the targeted muscle group, triggering rapid muscle contractions. This process is designed to stimulate the muscles and support improved muscle tone and definition. Depending on the treatment area and individual goals, EMShape is commonly used on areas such as the abdomen, buttocks, arms and thighs.

EMShape is primarily focused on muscle stimulation and body contouring, rather than directly removing fat. It can therefore be considered as part of a broader body transformation program. It can be combined with other fat reduction treatments such as Fat Freeze 360 or Fat Melting RET for optimal results.

What to Expect

A typical session requires no needles or incisions, and you can remain fully clothed during treatment. You may feel your muscles contracting intensely as the energy is delivered, followed by a gradual return to normal once the treatment ends.

A course of treatments may be recommended depending on your goals and the area being treated.

More information on Diastasis Recti
During the pregnancy stage, the muscles in the abdomen may separate leading to a condition commonly known as the post-partum pooch or Diastasis Recti. This can be treated with Emshape to help to tighten the muscle and improve the appearance of that post-partum pooch.
