PLINEST® is an injectable skin treatment developed by Mastelli, Italy, using highly purified polynucleotides (PN-HPT®).

Understanding Polynucleotides (PN)
Polynucleotides are DNA-derived molecules used in aesthetic treatments for skin bio-regeneration. PLINEST® uses Mastelli's proprietary High Purification Technology (HPT®) to produce highly purified polynucleotides.
Its formulation is designed to support skin hydration, turgidity, suppleness and tonicity.
